Ways to Give

Ensure the Newberry remains free and open to future generations

Membership in the Blatchford Society is open to all who have made an estate or deferred gift commitment of any amount or value to the Newberry Library. Donors can make a gift through a bequest in their will, or by naming the Newberry Library as a beneficiary of life insurance, a charitable gift annuity, or a lead trust.

To learn more about the Blatchford Society, please contact Natalie Edwards, Director of Major and Planned Giving, at (312) 255-3544 or edwardsn@newberry.org.

Help our collection grow

Members of the Society of Collectors support the Newberry by making a gift of $5,000 or more for the acquisition of materials. Members receive invitations to exclusive events that highlight new acquisitions and our curators' expertise.

For more information about the Society of Collectors, please contact Natalie Edwards, Director of Major and Planned Giving, at (312) 255-3544 or edwardsn@newberry.org.
